weberfloor ep 520 sl is a solvent-free, seamless, self-smoothing epoxy system. Its three components consist of a base, a hardener and a quartz fillers.
Specially formulated for clean rooms, production areas, laboratories, hospitals, food industries, industrial workshops, pharmaceutical, museums, art galleries.
The cured floor forms a very smooth, hygiene, hardwearing and chemical resistant floor.

In huge project, it is important to co-ordinate the supply to ensure the same production batch is used to reduce the colour variation from the batch process.

The material should be applied using notched or flat trowel to a typical thickness of 2 mm. After the material is applied and levelled, it must be spiked rolled and allow curing to develop the performance at 7 days.

- The pre-treated surface must have a bond strength of at least 1.5 N/mm² and a compressive strength of 30 N/mm².
- The moisture content shall not be higher than 6% and the temperature of the substrate must be at least 5°C above the dew point temperature prior to the application of E.MIX ep 520 sl.
