Employee ID Conditions

1. This card must be worn by the employee at all times while in the company premises.

2. This card is not transferable and must be returned to the HR department upon termination of employment.

3. Its unathorised possession, use, retention, alteration, destruction or transfer to another person may result in disciplinary action.
