E.MIX pe non shrink grout consists of accurately weighed portland cement, slag, non-metallic aggregates, expanding agents and additives. These materials are pre-blended and require only mixing with water before use.
It is designed for use at plastic and flowable consistencies which is pumpable.
This product contains recycled material and is a green-labelled product with the rating of Leader by the Singapore Green Building Product Certification Scheme.
It is designed for grouting under columns, base plates, sole plates and machinery not subjected to heavy impact or dynamic loadings or vibrations. It is applicable for grouting of pre-stressed or post-tensioned tendons, anchor bolts or cables or grouting of post-tensioned structural sections. Also suitable for grout jacking and repairing of concrete structures.
Other various uses like void backfilling in tunnel work., underpinning of buildings and permanently anchoring posts, signs, parking meters, railings and columns and other fixtures in concrete, rock or masonry are also applicable. It can also be used for pile grouting.
- On an extremely hot and absorbent substrate, the surface should be moistened.
- E.MIX pe non shrink grout is designed for void filling where adequate surface restraint can be provided.

- E.MIX pe non shrink grout should not be used for heavy duty precision grouting of machinery base plates where it will be subjected to severe dynamic or cyclic loadings or vibrations. The grout can be used under such conditions only if adequate neoprene pads or equivalent vibration and impact absorbing materials are included in the design details for machinery support.
