E.MIX render admix is a SBR latex admixture formulated to mix with conventional site mix of cement/sand spatterdash in the replacement of water to enhance the adhesion strength of spatterdash.
It can also be used partially to replace the water in cement/sand mixes to enhance the flexural strength, tensile bond strength, water resistance and durability of the plastering, rendering or screeding works.
Can be used in both interior and exterior conditions.
This product contains recycled material and is a green-labelled product with the rating of Leader by the Singapore Green Building Product Certification Scheme.
An approved product in HDB Material Listing.
- E.MIX render admix-treated surface is tacky.
- Adopt good plastering practices including curing if necessary, under adverse windy and sunny conditions, to prevent accelerated drying and cracking problems.

E.MIX render admix can be diluted and used as an admixture into cement/sand mixes for spatterdash or plastering purposes.
