E.MIX bond admix is an Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate admixture formulated for use as a bonding agent onto the concrete substrate to receive site mixes of cement/sand or prepacked plasters, renders and screeds.
Suitable for use in both interior and exterior conditions. It can be diluted and added to cement/sand spatterdash as a key coat to receive plastering, screeding and tiling works.
E.MIX dp non shrink grout with diluted E.MIX bond admix can be used as a polymer-modified mortar.
This product also contains recycled material and is a green-labelled product with the rating of Leader by the Singapore Green Building Product Certification Scheme.
E.MIX bond admix is an approved product in HDB Material Listing.
- E.MIX bond admix-treated surface is tacky.
- Adopt good plastering practices including curing if necessary, under adverse windy and sunny conditions, to prevent accelerated drying and cracking problems.
- E.MIX bond admix can also be diluted and used as an admixture into cement/sand mixes for spatterdash or plastering purposes.
For spatterdash of cement/sand 1:1 to 1:2 mix – Add E.MIX bond admix diluted with 1 part water.
For polymer modified or repair mortar - Add one 25 kg bag of E.MIX dp non shrink grout with ~2.3 ℓ of E.MIX bond admix and ~2.3 ℓ of water.
